PANAJI: In a heart-stopping finale, Nuvem Veterans secured their place in the final of the 10th Fatorda Veterans Football Tournament with a thrilling 5-4 penalty shootout victory over Lavina Veterans. The match, which ended in a 1-1 stalemate at full time, saw Eddey Fernandes give Lavina Veterans the lead via a penalty kick, only for Joe Rose Oliver to equalize for Nuvem Veterans. The stage is now set for an electrifying final showdown between Nuvem Veterans and Calangute Veterans on March 22, 2025.
