BICHOLIM: Chief Minister Pramod Sawant raised concerns regarding the inadequate performance of Panchayat personnel, including the Secretary, Talathi, Social Welfare, and RDA staff.
He pointed out that these officials are not fulfilling their obligation to conduct field visits, which is obstructing the proper functioning of the Panchayat.

The Chief Minister made these comments during the inauguration of the new Panchayat building for Village Panchayat Karapur Sarvan in Sankhali.
