PONDA: On his birthday, Talaulim’s Parents and students urge Chief Minister to Shift Mobile installed on GPS Talaulim.
Chief Minister Pramod Sawant celebrated his birthday Yesterday at GPS Talaulim School, which Parents attended, students of GPS.
The BJP Marcaim Block Chief Pradeep Shet and other dignitaries were on the dais. The uniforms were distributed to students by BJP leaders.
However, Parents upset that recently the government allowed a Mobile tower over this GPS did not miss the opportunity to question the BJP local leader about the harmful effect of mobile tower radiation on children’s health.
The Parents were upset that though their children were getting school uniforms as Birthday gifts on account of CM’s Birthday, their children’s lives were not Safe. One lady questioned using these uniforms if children are unsafe in school due to tower radiation. She said you gave us a uniform, but if you want our children to learn in this school, please ask our Chief Minister to shift tower from school. She said nobody, including Panchayat, supported us, and memorandums were submitted to all departments, including CM. She said at least BJP locals use their good contact with CM and shift tower, which is the only solution to save School children from radiation.
. Local leader Pradeep Shet assured to put forth her grievances before Chief Minister.
Some Parents have already decided to remove their children from this School to erect mobile towers but are also worried that there is no GPS nearby.
