BICHOLIM: Bicholim Police have arrested one West Bengal native for committing bike theft from a residence in Bicholim.
As per SDPO Bicholim Jivba. Dalvi, one Sanjay Anant Hoble R/O Mulgao Bicholim-Goa lodged his complaint to the effect that unknown accused person committed the theft of his scooter b from his residence at Bicholim.
In this connection Bicholim Police Station registered an FIR under section 303(2) of BNS.
During the course of investigation a team was formed consisting of ASI Ramdas Tari, PC Dayesh Khandeparkar, PC Vishal Parab and accused Soriful Mondal s/o Saidur Mondal, age-25yrs r/o West Bengal was traced along with the stolen activa scooter GA-03-Ak-5127 at Mayem Bicholim and was placed under arrest.
Further investigation is in progress with ASI Ramdas Tari under supervision of PI Bicholim Dinesh Gadekar and SDPO Bicholim Jivba Dalvi and overall supervision of SP North Akshat Kaushal, IPS.
