MARGAO: Margao Police, in a narcotics raid, have arrested one in possession of 2kg ganja worth Rs 2.70 lakh in the international market.
The Margao Police team conducted a raid upon information from reliable sources near Sublabh Toilet near Fire Station, Malahat, Margao Goa.
An accused person, namely Shane Demorias, aged 27 years R/o Ambaji, Fatorda Salcete Goa, was found in possession of 2 kg and 700 Grms of Green colour leafy substance suspected to be Ganja Worth Rs. 2,70,000.
In this connection offence vide Crime No. 67/2022 U/s 20 (b) (ii) (B) of The NDPS Act at 00.30 hrs.
Police have said that questioning is going on.
