CANACONA: Canacona Police registers an offence against unknown culprits for illegal hill cutting carried out prior to May ‘ 2024 following a written complaint Dy. Town Planner, TCP Department of Canacona office.
According to Canaocna police, a upon the written complaint of one Vinay Fal Dessai D’Man Grade II, TCP Dept. Canacona Goa to the effect that on prior to 17/05/2024 at TNK at property bearing survey No. 149/2 of village Lolliem Canacona Taluka an unknown accused person carried out illegal hill cutting admeasuring 30m X 20m for height of 10mts for personal gain.
Accordingly, Canacona Police registered the offence as Cr.No. 90/2024 U/s 17 A and 17 B of TCP Act 1974 and further investigation is carried out by A.S.I Netaji M. Dessai of Canacona Police Station.
