PANAJI: One day workshop on sexual assault investigations will be organized by National Forensic Sciences University Goa at its Ponda campus on December 6, 2023.
This event will focus on interagency coordination for cold case investigations involving sexual assault with expertise shared by eminent speaker, Prof. Robert Green, University of Kent, UK.
He will delve into his experiences of such investigations and challenges overcome for successful outcomes.
The event will provide a platform for exchange of ideas and best practices amongst police, judiciary, health care providers, professionals, and other stakeholders in the field.
There will also be a hands-on practical of sexual assault case investigation for the participants where they will engage in teams to uncover, collect evidence, interview witnesses and report their findings.
