MARGAO: Stating that he has had no meeting with the Trinamool Congress, Minister for Tribal Welfare Govind Gaude said he is open to discussion if any party is offering him a ticket.
Speaking to reporters on the sidelines of a function, Gaude said he has maintained his identity as an independent MLA.
“Though I have supported BJP, many parties are approaching me during this election. AAP had come to me, and presently also they are in touch with me. I will take stock of the situation before joining any party,” he said.
He also said that if any party offers him a ticket, he will definitely think after taking all karykartas and supporter’s into confidence.
“I have had no meeting with TMC yet,” he said.
