PANAJI: AAP MLA Venzy Viegas has indicated that the Opposition is prepared to escalate the issue of the curtailed Goa Assembly session to the highest level, including approaching the President of India.
Speaking to the media, Viegas said that as elected representatives, legislators have the authority to exercise their constitutional powers.
He noted that the matter has already been brought to the attention of the Governor, and the Opposition will wait for an appropriate response.
