
Panjim: The State Cabinet today accorded its approval to Sunburn organizers to host online event on social platform to raise awareness and promote tourism in the state post COVID-19 crisis.
The event ‘Welcome Back to Goa’ is also aimed at raising funds for the Chief Minister Relief Fund towards COVID management.
Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant said that cabinet has approved the proposal of Percent Live, which will focus on promoting tourism in the State and raising funds towards CM relief fund.
The Finance department has requested Reserve Bank of India to convey its approval for accepting foreign contribution to the CM relief fund and the same is awaited.
