Mapusa: The newly posted Deputy collector & SDM of Bardez Kapil Phadte chaired a meeting with Mapusa advocate forum and heard their grievances.
It was alleged by advocates that there are touts operating in the precincts of Mapusa collactorate.
As a immediate relief the Dy. collector has made power of attorney compulsory for 3rd parties who appears and follow up on behalf of the applicants.
He has assured to streamline the procedures regarding mutation and partition matters.
Kapil phadte has appealed to people to directly contact him in case of any grievance.
