Follwoing protests by Ponda residents on conversion of Ponda Sub district hospital into COVID hospital, the State government has decided to shift the health care facilities to DILASA centre Farmagudi.
“The health care facilities for the general public at the Sub-District Hospital Ponda are being shifted to DILASA Center Farmagudi,” Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant said.
He thankes the entire management of DILASA for this great gesture in providing the facility to the Government during these challenging times.
“With this, I am sure that the apprehensions of the people of Ponda and surrounding areas would be addressed,” he said
