PANAJI: Congress Candidate Lavoo Mamledar today has written to the Enforcement Directorate & Income Tax Department demanding to probe All India Trinamool Congress (AITC) and IPAC and has also asked the ED probe source of funds being deposited in the bank accounts of TMC, I-PAC and MGP ahead of elections.
“I would like to bring to your notice that All India Trinamool Congress and 1-PAC have been investing huge sum of money and has been poaching political leaders across party lines in the state of Goa since last four months,” said Mamledar
He further demanded an inquiry into the bank accounts of MGP having their account Bank of Maharashtra, Panaji-Goa bearing Account Number 20051403603 as there has been a huge fund flow into their accounts by the AITC and I-PAC.
Mamledar said that Goa has been always a peaceful state, but since last four months atmosphere in the state has been spoiled by AITC and 1-PAC. More than 100 people of 1-PAC have been working in the state of Goa for the last four months.
“Goa is under threat from AITC and 1-PAC. We demand that all the candidates sponsored by AITC and MGP needs to be immediately investigated and their bank accounts and assets needs to be immediately looked into,”
Meanwhile, Mamledar has demanded an urgent inquiry into the fund flow by the All India Trinamool Congress and I-PAC into the state of Goa in the interest of the Goa and Goans.
