Vasco: Goa witnessed a moment of pride as Kumari Sneha Yadav from Vasco became the only candidate from the state to be selected for the Border Security Force (BSF), and is currently serving the nation along the India–Bangladesh border.
Sneha’s achievement has brought joy to her family and the local community. Her mother, a devoted follower of Lord Kapreshwar, had taken a mannat praying for her daughter’s selection in the BSF. With Sneha fulfilling her dream, the family believes their prayers were answered by the blessings of Lord Kapreshwar.
As a mark of gratitude, the family organised a kirtan, bhajan and seva at the Khapreshwar temple in Baina, Vasco. The spiritual gathering saw the participation of family members, relatives and well-wishers.
Residents of Vasco and well-wishers have extended their heartfelt congratulations and blessings to Sneha Yadav, praying for her good health, courage and strength. They also wished her continued success and growth in her service to the nation, marked by dedication, honour, duty and humility.
