PANAJI: Goa govt has notified conferment of provisional occupancy rights to 7 evacuee properties at Mayem. Survey numbers Sy. No. 295/4 & 295/5, Sy. No. 403/6, 403/8 & 403/15, Sy. No. 14/1, Sy. No. 11/19,21, Sy. No. 107/9, Sy. No. 115/2, Sy. No. 258/1 & & 258/5 with dwelling houses have been allocated provisional occupancy rights.
In case, any interested person in the lands specified above, has any objection to the said provisional declaration he/she may file objection/say in writing, within two months, states the notification.
However, the conferment of occupancy rights is subject to the result of 2016 Writ Petition being heard before the High Court.
