PANAJI: The Government of Goa has constituted a State-level Committee to draft the Goa State Cooperation Policy 2025 in line with the National Cooperation Policy 2025.
The Committee, chaired by Adv. Narendra Sawaikar, Commissioner for NRI Affairs, Government of Goa, held its first meeting on November 4, 2025, where it was decided to seek public input to shape the new policy framework.
The Department of Cooperation has invited suggestions, views, and insights from the general public for framing the State Cooperative Policy 2025. Submissions may be sent on or before November 25, 2025 to the Office of the Registrar of Co-operative Societies, “Sahakar Sankul”, 4th Floor, EDC Complex, Patto, Panaji – 403001, or by email at reg-orcs.goa@nic.in.
The National Cooperative Policy 2025 has been uploaded on the Department’s official website — www.coopgoa.gov.in — for reference by the public.
