PANAJI: The Goa Cricket Association has congratulated Goan cricketer Purvaja Verlekar for scoring an impressive unbeaten century in the Senior Women’s Inter Zonal One Day Trophy. Her standout performance came in a Women’s List A match played at the BCCI Centre of Excellence Ground 1.
Purvaja produced a superb innings of 103 not out, displaying strong technique, composure and determination at the crease. The century marked an important milestone in her career and brought recognition to Goa’s growing presence in women’s cricket at the national level.
