PANAJI: PWD Minister Nilesh Cabral said that Goa govt will appoint 2 contractors one for each district for a period of 5 years to oversee the work of speed breakers and sign boards along the roads across Goa.
He further said that these contractors will be taken to task if complaints are received regarding their work on the PWD app.
