PANAJI: Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant said that AICC Leader Rahul Gandhi’s visit to his constituency would not impact BJP by even a per cent.
CM Sawant reacted to Rahul Gandhi’s public meeting at the Sanquelim constituency two days back.
“AICC Leader Rahul Gandhi’s visit and public meeting to my constituency Sanquelim would not even impact by 1 per cent to the BJP,” said CM Sawant.
He further said that people are very well aware of the all-around development done by the BJP, and the people will get 22 plus seats in the coming elections.
“I think Rahul Gandhi came here as a tourist, on vacation. If he cannot see all this development, I don’t understand what he’s doing. Never mind, no one takes him seriously anyway,” he added.
Sawant said that only BJP can continue Goa’s development, which is why people are joining the BJP in large numbers.
Speaking on Arvind Kejriwal, CM Sawant claimed that he thinks that Arvind Kejriwal has no work nowadays in Delhi and he should pay attention to the people of Delhi.
“They are not going to get anything by making allegations and counter-allegations in Goa Elections; Kejriwal is just replacing Congress here”, he said.
