PANAJI: Rajasthan native Malipal Ram has been arrested by Panaji police for bursting fire crackers from his car on Atal Setu over river Mandovi in Panaji.
The incident had occurred on Nov 15. The 27-year-old’s video of bursting fire crackers from his sports car while going over the bridge had gone viral.
