CANACONA: The newly renovated Holy Cross at Palolem Beach was blessed and inaugurated.
The ceremony was led by Fr. Ryan D’Souza, Assistant to the Parish Priest of St. Thereza of Jesus Church, who first blessed the cross before inaugurating it. The renovation was undertaken by the Palolem Somudai.
Several devotees, especially residents of Palolem, gathered for the occasion. Marking the beginning of the Month of the Rosary (October), the faithful recited the Holy Rosary and the Litany of Our Lady with deep devotion following the blessing.
