Cuncolim: The 1st All Goa Inter Village Mansion House Cup 2025 witnessed another exciting clash at the Cuncolim Ground, where Rossman Cruz S.C. Nagoa powered past Don Bosco Oratory with a commanding 3–1 victory.
Rossman Cruz looked threatening from the start and thought they had taken the lead in the 7th minute through Euselsio Fernandes, only for the goal to be ruled offside. Don Bosco tried to respond quickly, but Edison Dias’s effort went wide.
The breakthrough came in the 12th minute when Aglon Abranches calmly finished to put Rossman ahead. Their dominance grew, and in the 18th minute, Roydon Rego forced a strong save before setting up Sheldon Pereira, who doubled the lead at 0–2. Clifton Rebello nearly added a third, but his strike flew over the bar. Don Bosco pushed hard from a corner late in the first half, but Rossman’s defense stood firm as the teams went into the break with Rossman leading 2–0.
Don Bosco came out firing after halftime and pulled one back in the 33rd minute through Valito Miranda, raising hopes of a comeback. However, Rossman Cruz quickly regained control as Clifton Rebello struck in the 51st minute to restore the two-goal cushion at 3–1.
Despite late pressure from Don Bosco, including attempts by Mario Noronha and Valito Miranda, Rossman held their ground until the final whistle.
Sheldon Pereira, whose goal and all-round display made the difference, was named Man of the Match and received the award from Sammy Tavares, Former S.P., Goa Police.
Final Score: Don Bosco Oratory 1–3 Rossman Cruz S.C. Nagoa
