PANJIM: Hours after high court acquitted all six accused, seekers of Sanatan Sanstha in the 2009 Margao bomb blast case, the Hindu outfit accused then Congress led govt of trying to implicate their seekers in the case
“The then Congress government in Goa had tried to implicate 6 innocent seekers of Sanatan in the Madgaon blast case. After four years of incarceration, the Sessions Court had acquitted all these seekers of Sanatan.” Sanatan said in a press note
They said, “While hearing the appeal in this regard, The Goa Bench of the Bombay High Court upheld the Sessions Court’s verdict and acquitted all the accused. We welcome this decision of the court. “
