PANAJI: The Sanatan Sanstha has extended an invitation to Goa Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant to attend the upcoming ‘Sanatan Rashtra Shankhnad Mahotsav’ scheduled to be held in New Delhi from December 13 to 15, 2025. The grand event will take place at Hall No. 12 of Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan.
According to the organisers, the festival aims to spread awareness about the concept of Sanatan Rashtra and bring together saints, spiritual leaders, scholars, social workers, and youth from across the country. The Chief Minister has reportedly given a positive response regarding his participation.
The invitation was personally handed over to Dr. Sawant by Sanatan Sanstha Managing Trustee Virendra Marathe, accompanied by sadhaks Narayan Nadkarni, Dhananjay Harshe, and Mahavir ShriShrimal.
This event marks part of the celebrations commemorating the 83rd birth anniversary of the organisation’s founder, Sachchidananda Parabrahman Dr. Jayant Athavale. Earlier in May, a similar Mahotsav was held at Farmagudi, Ponda, where over 30,000 devotees and seekers from 23 countries participated.
The Delhi edition will feature discussions on key themes such as Security, Sanskar (values) and Shaurya (valour). Notable dignitaries expected to attend include Swami Govinddev Giri Maharaj, Treasurer of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Nyas; Union Minister of State for Defence Sanjay Sheth; Delhi Minister for Culture Kapil Mishra; MP Shrimant Chhatrapati Udayanraje Bhosale; ‘Save Culture Save Bharat’ Founder Uday Mahurkar; Supreme Court Advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain; and Sudarshan News Editor Dr. Suresh Chavhanke.
The Sanstha’s spiritual successors, ShriSatshakti (Sou.) Binda Singbal and ShriChitshakti (Sou.) Anjali Gadgil, are also expected to be specially present at the Mahotsav.
