CANACONA: Canacona Police have registered a theft case after a scooter was stolen from an open parking space near Palolem Beach late Tuesday night.
According to police, the complaint was filed by Siddharth Pagi, resident of Palolem, Canacona, stating that the incident occurred between 10:30 pm and 11:45 pm on April 8. An unknown accused allegedly stole his Honda Activa scooter from the open parking area at Palolem Beach.
The stolen scooter is valued at approximately ₹70,000.
Police have registered FIR vide Canacona Police Station Crime No. 24/2026 under Section 303(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. Further investigation is being carried out by Head Constable Anand Pagi (HC 5909) of Canacona Police Station.
