Addressing the media AGUSPA Secretary Orlando Pacheco said, “The government should scrap the report prepared by this fee structure committee as the parent body was misrepresented and there is absolutely no contribution to this alleged report from the parent’s body AGUSPA and also as petitioner.”
He said that the association wants a fresh committee by inviting and appointing a representative of All Goa Unaided Schools Parents Association (AGUSPA) being the Petitioners and representative of the parents body.
“We demand withdrawal of all orders, cancel all approval of fee structures and other directions issued by the Director and person authorized by the Director.” said Pacheco
The AGUSPA also has asked the government to hold any hike in fees till the time the fresh fee structure committee files a report after deliberating on the matter with a committee comprising of our duly authorized representative.
Meanwhile, Pacheco has also appealed to the Chief Minister to urgently intervene in these matters stating that if this report is implemented it will be a big injustice to the students studying in unaided schools across the state and taking advantage of this report management of schools will start harassing parents by hiking fees and create other issues.
