MARGAO: In wake of recent cases of job recruitment scams targeting public in the state and abroad, a sensitization programme was held at South District Headquarters, Margao for all Senior Police Officers of South District in the afternoon session by Sunita Sawant SP South Goa.
“These scammers take advantage of the eagerness of young people particularly who are very actively seeking employment,” SP said
In order to sensitize about The Emigration Act, 1983, challenges in promoting safe & legal migration & fake recruitment abroad by fraud recruiting Agencies, Avaneesh Shukla, Protector of Emigrants, Bengaluru, Ministry of External Affairs, Govt. of India delivered awareness session and talk.
