They say in Sattari presently the Covid vaccination is going on in Valpoi Community Health Centre and the Valpoi Kadamba Bus stand.
However, health employees say, the more pressure is on the Valpoi Community Health Centre,
Villagers also charge that despite having the four Rural Medical Dispensary in Rural Village Panchayat of Sattari Taluka, the villagers have to travel far away from their village to the Valpoi Community Health Centre for vaccination and for Covid test wherein they have to wait in queue for hours together.
One of such Rural Medical Dispensary from Guleli Village panchayat, was built in 1991 and inaugurated by then Deputy Chief Minister and Health Ministry Dr. Wilfred D’ Souza which is lying unused in this pandemic time.
