Panaji: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Goa Pradesh will formally launch Umbrella Campaign on Sunday with focus on all round development carried out by the party during the last 10 years. The Party’s campaign song will also be a part of the grand launch as the State is heading for the crucial Assembly polls on February 14.
To grace the occasion, BJP’s star campaigner Union Home Minister Shri Amit Shah Ji will be present as he is also scheduled to hold Town Hall meetings at Ponda and Savordem, which will also be attended by the General Public, Party Leaders, Office Bearers and Karyakartas. He will further be moving ahead for campaign at Vasco during which he will also hold personal interaction with BJP’s social media karyakartas.
BJP emphasizes that all COVID-19 appropriate behaviour and SOP listed out by the Election Commission of India will be strictly complied with.
Shri Shah Ji’s tour program comprises various activities during his day-long visit. He will arrive at Dabolim International Airport, Goa at 14:10 on Sunday from where he will head for Temple darshan.
He will arrive at Ponda’s Sun Grace Garden at 15:25 hours. At 17:20 hours, he will arrive at Shree Sharada English High School, Anandwadi, Sanvordem in South Goa. At 17:25 hours to 17:45 hours, Shri Shah Ji will be on a door-to-door campaign. At 18:45 hours, he will leave from the venue and arrive at Railway Community Hall, Vasco, South Goa at 19:30 hours to address a public rally. On concluding his scheduled meetings across the three constituencies, he will proceed for Dabolim International Airport at 20:10 hours.
