PANAJI: The Directorate of Social Welfare proposes to felicitate 12 Best Social Workers one each from every taluka irrespective of gender.
The Best Social Worker will be awarded with Cash Award of Rs. 25,000/-, Shawl, Certificate and Shrifal (Coconut).
Prescribed applications forms are available at the counter of the Directorate of Social Welfare, Panaji and District Welfare Office, Margao, free of cost. Application in prescribed format filled in all respect and accompanied with xerox copies of the documents and passport size photo attested by Gazetted Officer or self attested should be submitted to the respective Offices (details to be submitted in hard copy and soft copy CD/Pen Drive).
The date for accepting the application form has been extended till November 28, 2024.
The State award will be presented on December 19, 2024 at the hands of Chief Minister on the occasion of Goa Liberation Day. Nominations received after due date will not he entertained.
