PANAJI: MGP President Deepak Dhavalikar claimed that Chief Minister Pramod Sawant was misguided by someone that MGP is eyeing Priol.
“We met BJP leader BL Santosh to know whether our alliance still exists or not; party has assured us that we will go together in 2027; constituency wise survey will be conducted before deciding on seat sharing,” said Deepak
He further said that it looks like CM was misguided by someone that MGP is eyeing for Priol but that was not the case.
“The CM has provided clarification on that statement. BJP General Secretary BL Santosh has assured the MGP-BJP alliance to continue for the 2027 Goa Assembly and Lok Sabha elections,” he added
Deepak also claimed that MGP is actively working in eight constituencies, with a stronghold in four.
Meanwhile, Sudin Dhavalikar said that message which is given to BJP high command is passed on to CM Sawant.
