MARGAO: In a surprise move, Superintendent Of Police (SP) South Goa Sunita Sawant has been transferred to Goa Police Headquarters.
“SP South Goa Sunita Sawant has been transferred to Police Headquarters. Tikam Singh Verma assumes office as the new SP South Goa,”
She was promoted in 2022 and was posted as South SP in February this year.
It can be recalled that Police officer Sunita Sawant had been given additional charge as SP South Goa after IPS officer Abhishek Dhania who was holding the charge of SP South had been transferred to Delhi.
