USGAO: The Usgao locals have demanded to stop loud music menace from one farmhouse located at Usgao.
In a complaint to deputy collector Ponda it is mentioned that government recently ordered not to play loud music for commercial purpose affecting local citizen after 10 pm ,but the said farm permits speakers beyond the noise limit as well as beyond the permitted timings laid down by the Honorable High Court.
The locals at Usgao including Senior Citizen residing at Charpar Ghotmad Usgao ponda complained about sound pollution by one farm house with loud music disturbing to local villagers and student going through exam also caused hardship and also filed complain to Deputy Collector.
According to complaint while people enjoying party in farmhouse during day and night causes huge noise on loud speaker making to spend a sleepless night thus causing major health problem.
Therefore requested the deputy collector to conduct urgent site inspection and direct the owner of said farm to stop this nuisance caused by loud music at the earliest and also accordingly give directions to Ponda Police Station to maintain Inspection.
