PANAJI: The Government of India has invited applications for the Central Sector Scheme of Scholarship for College and University Students (PM-USP CSSS), being implemented through the National Scholarship Portal (NSP).
The scheme supports meritorious students who have cleared their Higher Secondary Examination and are pursuing higher education in recognized colleges or universities across the country.
Students must apply online at https://scholarships.gov.in, ensuring that all details are correctly filled and required documents uploaded. Applications must also be verified in time by the respective Institute Nodal Officer (INO).
The scholarship is open to fresh applicants (first-year students) as well as renewals for 2nd, 3rd, and 4th years. The deadline for submission of both fresh and renewal applications for the academic year 2025-26 is October 31, 2025.
