Leader of Opposition Digambar Kamat said that the photos emerging of pathetic condition of the newly constructed third Mandovi bridge named as Atal Sethu exposes the low quality of work on which crores were spent.
“I demand that the Government must Minister fix the responsibility and accountability for the sub standard work,” stated Leader of Opposition Digambar Kamat adding “I would like to put it this way, ” Rostear Podleat Fonar Fon, Sorkar Kadta Loanar Loan”.
He said the government is on a spree of taking loans and the money is getting drained in potholes on the road Digmabar Kamat charged.
“The present condition of the third Mandovi Bridge named as Atal Sethu exposes the fact that the Josh of hurridely inaugurating the bridge was not in proper Posh, said GPCC president Girish Chodankar.

“We had exposed 45 Crore Street Light Poles & Fixtures Scam of the same Bridge. The work of the said bridge with an estimated cost of Rs. 355 was tendered for Rs. 403 Crores, but the last known figure of the actual expenditure was approximately Rs. 900 Crores, which was more than the double:, said Girish Chodankar.
He said that it is evident that the Celebrations and Virtual Rallies of BJP take place from such loot, charged Chodankar.
The government must declare the actual expenditure incurred on the said bridge, with exact dates of when the said bridge will be fully operational for vehicular traffic movement on all the side arms of the brige, demanded Digambar Kamat.
