Director of Information and Publicity, Shri Sudhir Kerkar had a first meet with panchayat members of Nadora Panchayat in Bardez Taluka kicking off the Swayampurna Mitra Abhiyan today. Swayapurna Mitra assured all help to ensure that maximum benefits of various schemes of govt reach the last citizen.
Panchayat members showed the much required enthusiasm and were very positive on Swayapurna Mitra Abhiyan. They discussed and put forth their difficulties faced by panchayat while implementing various schemes of Government.
Major issues discussed in todays meeting were village library, handicrafts facilities, crematorium etc. They also decided to focus on basic necessities and schemes related to basic things. Panchayat also assured to take necessary resolution to that effect in achieving the desired goals of Swayampurna Goem.
