PANAJI: Chief Minister Pramod Sawant today said that Tamnar power project work is currently ongoing and will be inaugurated by October.

2-3 poles are left to be completed” said Sawant.
He further said that the power project is very important for Goa keeping in mind the next 25 years.
Speaking further, Sawant said that the state government will celebrate the 10th International Yoga Day on June 21, focusing on “Yoga for self and society”.
Events will take place across 12 talukas, with the main event at Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Stadium.
“Regular yoga will help fight non-communicable diseases like diabetes and hypertension which are on the rise in Goa,” said CM.
