CANACONA: Canacona MLA and Minister Ramesh Tawadkar has responded to the Goa Forward Party’s Poinguinim meeting controversy, stressing that all political groups must strictly adhere to the code of conduct.
He said that permissions for any public meeting during the election code are mandatory and that the police will take action if norms are violated.
“I have neither done politics nor will I do so in the future. I have full faith in my people,”
Tawadkar said, reiterating that compliance with rules is compulsory for everyone.
