The Town and Country Planning (TCP) Board on Wednesday accorded its approval for a draft outline development plan (ODP) of Arpora-Nagoa-Parra villages, which are part of Calangute-Candolim planning and development area (PDA).
Also, the draft ODP of Bambolim, under the Greater Panjim Planning and Development Area (GPPDA) was granted nod by the Board.
Addressing the media Minister for TCP Chandrakant Kavlekar said that the draft ODPs of Arpora-Nagoa-Parra villages and Bambolim, covering Goa University area, has been approved by the Board.
Kavlekar said that the draft plans will be kept open for public suggestions and objections, if any, for a period of 60 days before finalizing it.
“The suggestions and objections will be taken into consideration before finalizing the ODP,” Deputy Chief Minister said.
