VASCO: Vasco Police have registered a case of theft following a complaint lodged by S. David, a resident of Hubli, Karnataka.
According to the complaint, in the early hours of January 14, 2026, between 3.25 am and 3.30 am, an unknown accused person broke into Sangeeta Store located near the KTC Bus Stand, Vaddem, Vasco, by cutting the lock and opening the shutter.
The complainant, who is working as an Area Sales Manager of the store, stated that the accused committed theft of twelve iPhone mobile phones and one MI tablet, collectively valued at Rs 8,40,000.
Vasco Police have taken up further investigation in the matter, which is being conducted by LPSI Priyanka Patil of Vasco Police Station.
