BICHOLIM: Police have registered a case against three residents of Sukruti Complex, Vathadev Sarvan, for allegedly trespassing and damaging property belonging to another resident of the same complex.
According to Bicholim Police, the complaint was lodged by Shri Raghuvir A. Parab, a resident of Vathadev Sarvan, who reported that on October 5 around 11 p.m., the accused — identified as Prashant Ghadi Gaonkar, Rakesh Gawda and Shreeraj Todankar — allegedly broke the lock of a door leading to the open terrace of the building, which Parab claims is in his possession as per a registered sale deed.
The accused are further alleged to have criminally trespassed onto the terrace without permission and caused damage to the valves of the complainant’s water tank.
Bicholim Police have registered Crime No. 138/2025 under Sections 324 and 329 read with Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023. Notices under Section 35(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) have been issued to the accused. Further investigation is underway.
