MARGAO: Throwing all COVID19 norms to wind, a Bull fight was organised, at Benaulim on Wednesday.
Colva police despite complaints turned a deaf ear to this bull fight.
Today a large number of bullfight lovers gathered near Fisheries department, Benaulim and successfully organised bullfight in near by fields putting all norms of curfew in dustbin.
Police as usual preferred to ignored the event.
Sources said this is been a routine program in the coastal belt nowadays and Colva police refuse yo act.
Lakhs of rupeea change hands during bull fights. Thia is another kind of gambling, sources revealed.
One of the organiser said that they have settled the police and there will be no interference.
Sources also said that all the bullfight are managed by a nephew of high profile politicians of coastal belt.
