ANJUNA: A group of tourists landed in trouble early this morning at Anjuna Beach after attempting to drive their Maharashtra-registered car into the sea despite being warned by a beach security guard.
According to eyewitnesses, the on-duty guard repeatedly cautioned the tourists about the risks involved, but the group ignored the warning and proceeded to drive towards the shoreline.
Their reckless act backfired when the car got stuck in wet sand and seawater, leaving it stranded.
