MARGAO: After initial disagreement, finally both the committees Shree Damodar Devastavn Committee and Mathgramast Hindu Sabha committee came to a amicable solution to solve the major issue of the famous Zambaulim Shigmo celebration.
This year due to pandemic the Devastan committees had decided not to hold the Gulal Utsav but after discussions and joint meeting both committees have decided to hold the shigmo rituals in restricted manner.
The committees have also appealed devotees not to overcrowd while coming for Darshan of Lord Dambab and follow the SOPs and maintain social distance.
Due to pandemic, this year only the rituals will be performed and not big celebration will take place the committee also appealed devotees not to make rush for Gula as ther will be no “Gulal Utsav”.
