DABOLIM: Traffic near the welcome gate of Goa Airport will be diverted temporarily starting April 29, 2025, due to welding and steel erection works being carried out as part of the airport building extension project.
According to authorities, the traffic diversion will be enforced daily from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM until May 9, 2025. During this time, all vehicles and pedestrians approaching the airport will be rerouted through the existing exit area.
Traffic police will be present at the location to manage the flow and assist commuters. The public is advised to follow signage and exercise caution when approaching the area.
Officials have requested cooperation from all travelers and commuters, adding that the inconvenience caused is regretted.
