Ponda: Two individuals have been booked by Ponda Police for allegedly assaulting a minor boy over a previous enmity in Bandora.
According to the complaint lodged by the boy’s parent (name withheld), the incident occurred in Bandora where the accused — Kashish Naik and Raju Devgiri, both residents of Bandora — allegedly assaulted the complainant’s minor son. The duo reportedly slapped the boy on his face and head, causing him simple injuries.
The accused are said to have acted with a common intention stemming from a past dispute. Ponda Police have registered an offence in the matter, and further investigation is being carried out by PSI Sandeep Nimbalkar.
