PONDA: Ponda Police have registered a case against two persons for allegedly trespassing into a property and demolishing a compound wall at Agapur, Durbhat, causing financial loss to the complainant.
According to police, Sanjana Naik, a resident of Agapur, Durbhat, Ponda, lodged a complaint stating that on April 2, 2026, between 11.30 am and 3.00 pm, accused Simran Naik and Dilip Naik, both residents of Agapur, allegedly criminally trespassed into her property.
The complainant alleged that the accused, acting with common intention, demolished the safety wall of the compound, resulting in an estimated loss of around Rs 50,000.
Ponda Police have registered an offence in the matter and further investigation is being carried out by PSI Sushant Gaonkar.
