Two offices located in the heart of Vasco city were burgled on the intervening night of Sunday and Monday.
The offices of J M Baxi , a shipping company and The United India insurance company were burgled in the colaco building located near the Vasco Railway station .
While the manager of JM Baxi , Govind Pernulkar said that cash worth 40,000 were stolen , sources in the United Insurance said that cash of around 50,000 we’re stolen. The burglars have accessed both the offices in the building by breaking the main doors and further breaking open lockers of the offices to steal the cash .
The Vasco police were alerted and are carrying out primary investigation .
