BAGA: A 25-year-old man named Dhurba Jyoti lost his life in a sad tragedy that happened in Calangute on Saturday morning. Around 8.30 am, he lost control of his motorcycle while traveling along the beach and crashed into a nearby passenger bus at Baga Circle.
At the time of the event, Pramod Kandolkar’s bus was turning onto the main road in the direction of the bus stand.
Even though Dhurba Jyoti was sent to the Candolim Primary Health Center immediately, he passed away from his serious injuries while traveling there and was pronounced dead. Since then, his body has been moved to GMC, Bambolim’s morgue.
To find out the specifics of the incident, the police are presently investigating, which includes a panchanama of the accident scene.
