MANDREM: Mandrem Police have registered an offence against a 40-year-old Ugandan national for allegedly staying in Goa without valid travel documents.
According to police, the offence was registered on 16.02.2026 at 18:12 hrs based on the state complaint filed by PSI Paresh Kale of Mandrem Police Station. The accused, identified as Bangi Agines Nambalirwa, a resident of Khalchawada, Arambol, was found at Arambol beach, Pernem, on 16.02.2026 at around 16:55 hrs.
Police said she was allegedly staying in India without possessing valid passport, visa, or other travel documents, thereby contravening provisions under Section 23(a) of the Immigration and Foreigner Act, 2025.
An offence has been registered at Mandrem Police Station, and further investigation is being carried out by PSI Paresh Kale.
